Shawn Ingram is the Founder and CEO of Longview Connections, a growing East Texas networking organization built on the core value of Community Over Competition. With over 30 years of leadership experience in operations, sales, and business development, Shawn brings a seasoned yet service-oriented approach to every endeavor he takes on.
Shawn is also a Business Advisor and Broker Agent with Transworld Business Advisors of East Texas where he assists business owners in evaluating, preparing, and selling their businesses helping them exit at the right time and for the best value. His practical insights and strategic thinking have helped numerous East Texas entrepreneurs navigate key transitions with confidence.
As the owner of Custom Graphics TX, a full-service branding and marketing company, Shawn and his team deliver everything from custom apparel and signage to promotional products and vehicle wraps. With mottos like Your Brand Is Our Business and You Bring It We’ll Brand It, Custom Graphics TX lives and breathes brand visibility and support for local businesses.
Shawn’s commitment to community doesn’t end with business. Each week, he opens his Custom Graphics TX shop to students with disabilities, providing them with hands-on skill training and inclusion in a real-world business environment. He also hosts annual outings for these students and their families, which he calls the highlight of his year. There is nothing like seeing those genuine smiles. It is what it is all about.
Longview Connections began as a grassroots effort in 2021, driven by Shawn’s vision to create a values-based networking community where members support each other in business and beyond. Today, the organization is over 75 members strong and growing, built on relationships, trust, and a shared commitment to helping one another succeed.
Through his leadership across industries, causes, and communities, Shawn continues to prove that success is best when it is shared and that when you lead with integrity, others follow.
